CTI GmbH develops, produces and distributes electronic components and accessories for communication, power supply, time recording and access control.
We also offer service and support services.

CTI GmbH was founded in 1990 as an IT system house. It expanded its profile in the following years to include telecommunications and security technology. Our customers are companies, medical practices and public authorities. The system house activities also include the creation of customised software.

Product development for a time recording system began in 1993. Since 1994, CTI GmbH has been offering a time recording device and associated software developed in-house under the name leancom time. The contactless access control system leancom access, consisting of control unit, reader and software, has been part of our product range since spring 1998.

In addition, contract developments have also taken place time and again.
The quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 has been in place since 1996 and CTI GmbH has been training IT specialists since 1999.

We have continued to develop the hardware and software of the product family to this day and have added many functions and device variants. In doing so, the company has taken account of changing customer requirements, changes in the market situation and its own growing experience.

Since 2003, we have been the manufacturer of the USB converters ‘USB-485-Mini’ and ‘USB-Nano-485’ developed by us. We also export the RS-485 converters directly.
In 2006, a new generation of devices was launched on the market with the ‘Timi’ time recording device, which replaced our previous time recording terminals. The second generation of the ‘Timi’ time recording device has been in use since 2011 and is constantly being developed further.

We provide the ‘TService’ service, including a web service interface, to integrate our time recording devices and access control systems into software from other providers.
