Product information "USB-Nano-232-5V"
The USB-Nano-232 changes signals between USB and RS-232. The device is specially designed for the two wire RS-232-bus. For this reason there are no confusing attachment and configuration settings.
Please notice there are no handshake signals such as RTS, CTS, ...
The attachment is not complicated and debugging is simple in case of communication problems. The LEDs are shows: Power (yellow), RxD (red) and TxD (green).
Because of the extremely small dimensions the USB-Nano-232 is particularly usable for mobile use at notebooks. Stationary applications are however likewise possible.
For the RS-232 plug you can get a casing if needed to build your own connection cord.
